Kevin Camell

President & CEO

Kevin Camell took over as President and CEO in 2023 after joining Penn Hill in 2007, and has been entrenched in both the Consumer, and Auto Finance industries, since.

A native Bostonian, Kevin moved to South Carolina in 1999, and received his Associates degree from The Golf Academy of America/Carolina’s Campus, in 2001, with focus on Finance & Business Management. After 7-years as a Golf Professional, Kevin was “recruited” to the Penn Hill team, by President, Tim Harrelson, and as they say, the rest is history. Kevin lives in nearby Murrell’s Inlet, SC, with his wife Tracy, and daughter Hadley. Kevin still carves out time in his schedule for an occasional round of golf (or 2, or 3…), but spends most of his down time with friends and family.

Max Schnellbaugh

Vice President

Max Schnellbaugh is the Vice President for Penn Hill Associates. Following college graduation in 2007, Max spent several years in the Golf Industry, until joining Penn Hill in 2016.

Max enjoys helping clients grow by finding exceptional talent and helping professionals moving forward in their career. His thorough attention to each placement ensures that clients hire the right, rather than merely the most expedient, candidates. Max’s continuous, consistent, and candid communication with clients and candidates alike, has generated a multitude of long-term, trusted relationships.

Max has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Marketing from Coastal Carolina University. He is originally from State College, PA and now resides in Murrells Inlet, SC with his wife Nemia.
